Benefits and Well-Being
Serving Professional and Personal Needs
To help promote success at work and at home, Boulay offers tailored benefit programs so you can choose the right benefits that fit your lifestyle. We continually update and implement new benefits, perks and programs to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our team members’ professional and personal lives.

Compensation
Boulay’s compensation philosophy aims to provide greater transparency, continued consistency, and the assurance of equity regarding team member compensation decisions. Establishing a thoughtful and understandable policy framework safeguards compensation decisions based on clear criteria and principles. This approach helps team members understand the rationale behind compensation-related decisions, and it enables Boulay to maintain alignment in our compensation practices.
Competitive Base Salary and Annual Increases
Boulay’s compensation philosophy aims to provide transparency, consistency and equity in our compensation-related decisions. Team members receive a market competitive base salary determined by position level, experience, and work schedule (i.e. full-time, part-time PSA, etc.) For certain positions, specific relevant skills or certifications may also be factored in. Team members’ performance and compensation are assessed annually during the performance development and evaluation process, typically occurring in the summer.
Incentive Plans*
Boulay offers a variety of comprehensive incentive programs tailored to each position within the firm. Team members across both client-serving and operational departments are eligible to earn financial rewards for exceptional performance and contributions that go above and beyond standard role expectations.
Incentive Hours Bank*
Eligible team members may earn additional paid time away after hitting a certain threshold of billable hours (Jan – April).
Travel Bonus*
Boulay pays a travel bonus to team members who have out-of-town travel requirements that equal, or exceed, 15 nights per fiscal year. Thereafter, each additional night of out-of-town travel occurring in that fiscal year is also eligible for subsequent payment.
Employee Referral Bonus
New Client Commissions
Team members who bring in new business may receive up to 8% commission on services billed during the first three years of service to the client.
