- REP offers structured opportunities for development and connection among Boulay’s early‑career professionals through experiences such as speed networking, professional development sessions, leadership panels, round‑robin department shares, and social events.
- Through participation in REP, associates and senior associates can gain greater awareness of Boulay’s service lines, build connections that support professional development, and foster shared experiences with team members across the firm.
- Host 3-4 events per year
